Hi there,

 I am planning on losing weight.  I already lost 60 pounds on the  Myfitnesspal app.  If you don't know what this is.  It is an app.  Where it helps you count calories. I have tried many other diets.  Just to gain the weight back. . I have tried the KETO diet , and it did work until i went back to eating normal again .
 Now this app helps you count calories , And granted I know that counting cals is not for everyone . but its the only diet where I kept the weight off. I myself eat 1200 cals a day. and I know what your thinking , don't seem like enough but I assure you it is  as long as you eat healthy.
