Diets

I am on day to of my diet and so far so good. And the last time I did this diet I lost 26 lbs and kept it off . I am doing it with the app Myfitnesspal app and I am going to do a weigh in every Wednesday . So if you are interested in knowing how it's going  follow my blog:)
